These terms are a contract between you and 72 ORIONX PRIVATE LIMITED, operator of Onyx Playy in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility & accounts
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time passcode. Keep access to your number secure.
- Players under 18 may use the arena, but spending from the wallet requires verified parental or guardian consent.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
The wallet
- Your wallet holds closed-loop store credit for use at our arena only. It is not a bank account, not e-money, and earns no interest.
- Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- Every balance change is recorded in an append-only ledger; your balance is derived from it.
- Top-ups are processed by our payment partner. A top-up is credited once payment is confirmed.
Bookings
- You may reserve a station and pay from your wallet. Reserving places a hold on your balance.
- Cancellation and refund of a hold follow the policy shown at the time of booking.
- We may decline or cancel a booking; where we do, the hold is released per that policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service — including attempting to abuse rewards or wallet mechanics, disrupting the platform, or breaking the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, ranks, rewards, and pricing may change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Our total liability is limited to the value of the store credit in your wallet at the time the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
