You can ask us to delete your Onyx Playy account and personal data at any time. This page is the official data-deletion instruction for Onyx Playy, operated by 72 ORIONX PRIVATE LIMITED.
How to request deletion
Choose whichever is easiest — use the mobile number registered on your account so we can verify the request:
- Email: write to privacy@onyxplayy.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
- WhatsApp / phone: message us at +91 98865 46699.
- In person: ask a staff member at the arena.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, gamertag, date of birth, and mobile number.
- Your login credentials and any active sessions.
- Your rank, XP, streaks, and rewards history.
What we must keep
Some records cannot be deleted immediately because the law requires us to retain them — chiefly financial and payment transaction records, which we keep for the period required for tax and audit. These are retained in a restricted form and deleted once that period ends. Any unused wallet balance is handled per our Terms before closure.
How long it takes
We verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days. We will confirm once it is done. If we cannot fully delete something because the law requires us to keep it, we will tell you what and why.
